This website was originally written and prepared by three Youth Voices Choir members, Hari, Kate and Zosia as part of a work experience program in marketing and publicity.

They interviewed many members and former members and researched the archives to publish - for the first time, the choir's history and catalogue.

This has been achieved by the use of a self-managed website prepared by Lancasters web design. The choir members loaded and edited most of the content themselves. Mark Edwards maintains and updates the site and members area at present and will be helped by the choir press officer in the future to keep things up-to-date.

Finding your way around

Each article has small symbols above - these are buttons to enable the article to be saved as a Pdf file, printed on it's own, or in some cases emailed to a friend.

Members area

Members will receive a username and password to be able to log in on the front page to see the picture galleries of our concertsm and in the future the terms's practice songs as well. If you don;t yet have your username and password, use the feedback linke below or telephone to have it sent to you. When you enter your username and password two extra items will appear on the menus:

These will get you to the pictures and in the future practice songs!

Searching the site

If you type in a search term in the search box and press "search", a list of the places where those words can be found across the website is displayed. If you click on the red title - you will go straight there!

Voting in the opinion polls

Every month or so we will post a new opinion poll on the front page only, with a few alternatives to vote on. Join in as often as you like to share your views!
